Sunrise Announces 2023 Board of Director Election Results

Fremont, Ohio (September 13, 2022) - Sunrise Cooperative, Inc. has announced its 2023 Board of Director results. The newly elected directors will serve a four-year term from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2026.
 
Elected to serve on the Sunrise Board of Directors is:
 
District 1: John Lowry (Auglaize County)
District 2: Adam Agle (Clark County)
At-Large: James Metzger (Auglaize County)
 
Board members Bob Finney, Gene Cook, Chad Kemp and Doug Swaim served on the 2023 Director Election Committee. Customer-owners Elvin Schroer, Benny Ritz, Ronald McGinnis and Paul Fleck served on the teller committee in charge of counting the ballots.
 
Ballots mailed: 5,517
Ballots returned: 1,397
 
The Sunrise Board of Directors is comprised of 12 members. Serving our customer-owners are nine district representatives and three at-large representatives.
