Enhance Your Career – Enhance Your FFA Chapter

The Sunrise Cooperative RISE FFA Career Program was established in 2019 to help enhance the career path for a high graduate looking to enter the workforce after graduation. Two years later, the goal remains the same and now is expanding to support the recipients FFA chapter.
 
The RISE FFA Career Program is looking for an out-of-the box thinker with a strong work ethic and is seeking fulltime employment once they complete high school. The recipient hired will earn a fulltime position at Sunrise, along with a 2019 Ford Ranger as a signing bonus.
 
This position requires a four-year commitment. The first two years will be spent rotating through different divisions learning about Sunrise. Following the introductory two years, the individual will be evaluated and placed into a position based on their interest/expertise for the remainder of their commitment. At the end of the four-year commitment the individual will be assessed to determine continued employment at Sunrise.
 
Sunrise is grateful for the work of educators and how the FFA experience prepares students for the workforce, so they are adding a $1,000 bonus to their existing partnership with the Ohio FFA! The home chapter of the hired recipient will receive $1,000 to help enhance their local program.
